Well, I thought a night out at Ginny's Little Long Horn Saloon would just entail slamming back cheap Lone Stars; that was before I signed up for Texas chili cookoff for Sunday. Because of JMVC, I knew to confirm that this was truly "Texas" chili (e.g. no beans in Texas chili). I am at a slight deficiency as I've never made chili without beans before. And the one recipe I do have I've only made once. But without football on Sunday, I've really got nothing else going on.
