I'm heading up to Michigan for S. Money's wedding, but have no desire to pack. Maybe I'll buy new stuff up there. That would definitely take care of the problem with wrinkled clothing.

The site was down for at least twelve hours yesterday. I can't complain too much about the hosting company as this is the first problem I've ever had. Let's just hope it's not a precursor of things to come.

And I had this dream last night that I found a bunch of t-shirts and had to find a place to fit them all.

Bubba, I forgot my cheese! You were supposed to remind me. Damn you!

I really don't like waking up at 6:30 am. I guess I'll be sleeping through the best parts of the day. Hopefully...

Well, the first decent size change in a while on the site. First thing is updated reviews with the ability for you, the viewing public, to give me your two cents (e.g. comments for me to ignore) on my topical...topics. Speaking of comments, you can now comment on the home page posts, too. Incremental changes, but something's better than the nothing I had been doing.

Well, I'm unemployed and heading to have lunch at Hula Hut.   That might not be the smartest move I could make.

So Bubba called up.  He's called in sick and Mrs. Bubba said he could do something with me until 3:00 pm.  And people wonder why I don't want to get married.

So much for a quiet night. Well, it was until near midnight. After watching Bourne Identity with a milkshake, JMVC calls up to grab a beer. Then we run into some people; Yada, yada, yada, I'm now going to bed. People over until 6 am was not in the planning, but it was a good time.

Well on my way to a whole weekend of staying in the house. Bubba came by earlier and we took a couple hits of season 4 of the Simpsons. Preceeded by a bunch of food. I think I'll check out Bourne Identity...

So only two people came by the house last night. Better planning for the next happy hour. Hopefully.

Still, the doing nothing on a Friday wasn't too bad. I think I'll do it again tonight.

I went with JMVC to play some Texas Hold 'em last night and now I'm holding back from vomiting.  Cards and drinking are inseparable, but I need to look into changing that.  But I didn't lose my ass too much, which is a good thing.

What was a stupid thing was sending out an evite at 3 am for a happy hour at my place today. A couple of people have said "yes", but that could be because I originally set the date up as next Friday. I'll see if anyone shows up in a couple hours.

I went to Bubba's last night for a couple beers and saw Office Space again.  That really made me realize I need to find something outside of IT.  IT sucks.  I think I'll buy lottery tickets.

I had this dream last night that I was in on "Amazing Race" type show and I was rushing to a car to head to the next checkpoint.  But I made sure to pick beer out of the fridge before jumping into the car.

I had intended to stay in last night, but a friend's friend was leaving town forever so I had a good excuse to go out.  Plus me hanging out with two attractive women doesn't happen every day.  But I think I have the bar thing out of my system for a few weeks.  Staring at my unpainted walls will now be my weekend(s).

As for today, it's a trip to see Rooster in Brenham.  JMVC has agreed to help out.  Well, basically, he's making the operation happen:  the truck's his (rather, his company's).  And he's going out with me to Rooster's Antiques to bring back a dresser and buffet table.

420 had a birthday party for her boyfriend last night.  Can't remember the last time I saw her,  but me and JMVC hit that (party; get your head out of the gutter, people).  And JMVC gave up Grupo Fantasma for it.  420 doesn't know how lucky she is.

I was getting a little stir crazy last night, so I called up JMVC and we headed downtown.  We bar hopped like Irish sailors on leave.  We even went to 6th street.  Anyway, I'm just glad I could sleep in the next day (unlike JMVC who had to wake up around 6 am).  I woke up to a knock on my door.  Apparently the bug guy was scheduled today (11 am).  That resulted in me needing to leave the house for a couple hours.  Where to go?  The Seerwah family's, of course.

So I head there, pass out for about twenty minutes before we head to the Boathouse Grill off 620.  Good food, if you're in the neighborhood.  After that, I went back into their guest room and passed until 4 pm.  Now I need dinner...
