Woo hoo, I get to work at 3 am. So I don't know if leaving here at 4 compensates.
How is that Christian Bale is one of my favorite actors but I didn't know that he's British? From Wales, to be exact. Still. I guess I never saw an interview with him. Anyway, he's in this 310 to Yuma film with fellow bad ass actor Russell Crowe. Funny, one Brit and one Aussie playing in an American Western.

In my attempt to clean out the DVR for the new TV season, I decided to finally see Taxi Driver (taped off of HDNet). I didn't think I'd be starting at 5 am, though. See, I woke up and I figured I'd start the week up right. Or, at the very least, early. Not only did I watch the movie, but I made breakfast!

The White Stripes bailed on ACL Fest and their concert at their concert at Stubb's. Damn them! Well, at least QOTSA are still playing Saturday night and I'll get a refund for the Stripes tickets.

My brother called earlier and it sounds like the price for my free stay in Vegas will be dinner at this place called kokomo's in the Mirage. Average check is $65 and from looking at the menu I'd have to only eat an appetizer for that to happen. All I know is the food better be better than that shitty Beach Boys song.
