croque-madame

 It is a variation of the croque-monsieur. You take a ham and cheese sandwich, grill that (or deep fry it if you're crazy) then you top it with a fried egg. Good stuff! And extremely healthy.

another trip to the ER?

How better to celebrate my brother leaving? How about a trip to the ER? I made it took a bit of a spill out of a car and busted open my forehead. I couldn't even make it two full years without a return trip to that place. I'd post pics, but they don't looks so good. At least they aren't as bad as the last time.
